How we work
Maekeda consulting methodology relies on a four-step
project management concept: Assess,
Conceptualize, Evaluate,
and Implement.
Maekeda
joins you with open eyes. By observing the client’s real-life operations,
our team starts the assessment while considering all aspects of the
market including technology, industry best practices and perceived
difficulties. We are aware of inherited difficulties from outdated practice
or technology, these we may challenge later in the process. Our goal in this
phase is to establish the reality view as crude as it may seem.
Maekeda
creative team brainstorms over the desired outcome. Starting from the
desirable result and using deductive parameterized think-back strategies, we
create a simple to use processing model with all the required automation
procedures and devices which facilitates the overall operation experience
for the people involved while keeping at the same time, a sense of the human
dimension as end users for interaction. This stage provides a simulated view
of the business process.
The evaluation phase comprises the presentation of
the developed operation concepts in order to refine and improve the quality of
the proposed model. Nevertheless, people not involved in the operations may
participate by adding past experience paradigms inputs. The evaluation team also
fosters a sense of authoring in the process, starting the behavior realignment
required for any proposed solution.
Each project has different implementation
constrains and timings upon the requirement of new equipment, software,
procedure, training, and even construction. In order to stabilize the
process, Maekeda will periodically provide you with status and process
report. As business partners, Maekeda works together with your personnel on
an on-going transition process until the project is fully implemented. This
teamwork accelerates the implementation of the sensible part of the company,
your people. This method validates the in-site concepts developed and
provides an instantaneous feedback for the modeling team. |
